Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all LPrisma products are digital products.
No physical product will be shipped.
The relevant product page will describe, where applicable:
- Included files
- Format
- Features
- Software requirements
- Compatibility
- Delivery method
- Price
Customers should review this information before purchasing.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed on the applicable product page and/or external checkout page.
Payments are currently processed through third-party platforms such as Payhip or Ko-fi and their supported payment providers.
Applicable taxes may be calculated, collected or included according to:
- Customer location
- Checkout provider
- Applicable law
LPrisma does not directly collect or store full payment-card details through LPrisma.com.
5. Digital delivery
After successful payment, purchased products are normally made available electronically through:

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address where required.
If there is a genuine problem accessing a purchase, contact studio@lprisma.com.
6. Licence and permitted use
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a LPrisma digital product grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use.
The purchase does not transfer ownership of LPrisma's intellectual property.
Unless expressly authorised in writing, customers may not:
- Resell a product
- Redistribute purchased files
- Share the files publicly or privately with third parties
- Upload products to file-sharing websites or repositories
- Sell modified versions of the original files as their own
- Remove or misrepresent copyright, ownership or branding
- Reproduce LPrisma products for commercial redistribution

7. Intellectual property

- Website materials
All rights not expressly granted to the purchaser remain reserved.
8. Refunds, cancellations and digital-content rights
Digital products may become accessible immediately after purchase.
Refund and withdrawal rights for digital content can differ from those applicable to physical products.
Where permitted by applicable law, the statutory right of withdrawal may cease after digital supply begins where the legally required conditions have been satisfied.
This does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
A customer may still have legal remedies where digital content:
- Is defective
- Cannot be accessed
- Is materially different from its description
- Is incorrectly supplied
- Does not conform to applicable consumer-law requirements
Full details are provided in the LPrisma Refund Policy.
9. Product compatibility
Each customer is responsible for checking clearly stated product requirements before purchasing.
Examples may include:
- Microsoft Excel
- Google Sheets
- Compatible spreadsheet software
- Internet access
- A suitable device
A lack of the clearly disclosed required software or service does not automatically make the product defective.
This does not affect mandatory consumer rights where a product is incorrectly described or non-conforming.
10. Product updates
LPrisma may improve or update products over time.
Unless specifically stated on the product page, purchasing a product does not automatically guarantee:
- Every future edition
- Major future redesigns
- Separately released expansions
- Different products subsequently created
Where updates are included with a purchase, this may be stated on the applicable product page or selling platform.
11. Customer responsibilities
Customers must use LPrisma.com and LPrisma products lawfully.
Users must not:
- Attempt to compromise website security
- Misuse purchasing systems
- Engage in fraudulent transactions
- Unlawfully copy or redistribute products
- Interfere with the operation of the website or its services
- Use LPrisma content in violation of intellectual-property rights
12. Third-party services
LPrisma may rely on external services for functions such as:
- Hosting
- Checkout
- Payment processing
- Digital delivery
- Analytics
- Security
Examples may include Payhip, Ko-fi, Cloudflare and relevant payment providers.
These independent providers operate under their own terms and policies.
LPrisma cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability of independent third-party services.
13. Product information
LPrisma aims to describe its products accurately.
Images, mockups and promotional materials may be used to present how a product looks or works.
Where a promotional image contains example data, fictional entries or illustrative content, this does not mean those particular values or examples form part of the purchased product.
The product page and downloadable files determine the actual content supplied.
14. Disclaimer
LPrisma products are primarily practical tools for organisation, planning and everyday use.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not professional legal, financial, tax, medical or investment advice.
No specific personal, financial or commercial outcome is guaranteed.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LPrisma is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from:
- Misuse of a product
- Failure to follow disclosed compatibility requirements
- Events outside LPrisma's reasonable control
- Failures attributable to independent third-party platforms
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or statutory consumer rights where this would be prohibited by law.
16. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the LPrisma Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
17. Changes to these Terms
LPrisma may update these Terms when reasonably necessary to reflect changes to:
- Products
- Website functionality
- Third-party services
- Business practices
- Applicable legal requirements
The latest version will display the relevant update date.
Changes do not remove mandatory rights already acquired by customers in relation to previous purchases.
18. Applicable law and consumer rights
These Terms are intended to operate in accordance with applicable law.
Where the purchaser is a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer-protection rights applicable to them.
